Returns & Exchanges

At BreyerHorses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
